Poultry and Incubation

Poultry and Incubation are one of the most effective and popular fields of agriculture. 

Our company developed the controller which is successfully applied in several Ukrainian incubators. The device has a function of the periodic turn of the trays by a specified angle controlled by the feedback sensor. The trays can be controlled in both manual and automatic modes.  When the communication line from the sensor is broken off, the position of the trays is calculated according to the tray full speed time. In the outside positions the trays stop for a user specified time. 

The controller has a cyclic alarm log for 100 records.  In the alarm log you can view the sequence of alarms by alarm codes, time and date of their occurence and reset. 

Besides, the controller has RS485 output and is connected to PC via RS485-RS232 adapter. Data is transfered to a computer by ModBus communication protocol.

TERA company offers as well temperature sensors for measuring air temperature in the incubator. 
 

To transfer eggs, our company manufactures electronic recorders (data loggers) which enable to maintain the set temperature mode in the refrigerator at any time of year. 

Data loggers can be used stationary for measuring air temperature and humidity in the incubator. 

The accumulated data is read to PC as neccessary and stored in the database. After that loggers can be returned to an object and the user can work with the obtained data: draw graphs and data tables, make reports and print them.
