Storage of Food and Pharmaceuticals

Implementing quality management systems at manufacturing, logistics, storage and distribution of food and pharmaceutical groupls is impossible without the introduction of modern systems for monitoring temperature and humidity at all stages of the delivery process from producer to consumer. 
 

Last few years TERA company is actively implementing its own systems for monitoring temperature and humidity in pharmaceutical and food warehouses of leading Ukrainian and foreign companies. The monitoring systems includes product temperature sensors, air temperature and humidity sensors, which are located in the rooms of warehouse, freezers, cool docks, etc. 

Sensors transmit their signals to controller of data collection which in turn is connected to a PC. With the help of TechnologSoft software the service staff can quickly receive data from sensors, draw graphs, set alarm thresholds, print reports and data tables. The program can also generate sms messages to mobile phones of employees in the event of emergencies. 

In addition to program alarm signaling on PC, there is also a hardware alarm with a siren which is usually placed in the guard or stuff on duty rooms. The monitoring system has an independent power supply that allows the system in the case of loss of AC power to remain nonvolatile from 4 to 8 hours depending on system configuration. 
 

All monitoring systems are equipped with high precision temperature and humidity sensors certified by Ukrainian State Standard. After system installation, the customer receives all technical documents, including data sheets and manuals, wiring diagrams, external connections, metrological certifications.  All system components are warranted for 12 months, followed by post-warranty support. 
 

We also provide all our customers with services of periodic calibration and verification of all components of the monitoring system.
