Vegetable and Mushroom Growing
About 13 years "TERA" is one of the leading developers and manufacturers of climate control systems for mushroom growing farms. Our company also develops and manufactures automation products for vegetable store cellars, granaries, greenhouses, greeneries and other farms of any size and space.
Since 2012 "TERA" has been releasing a powerful AKS multi-function controller, for commercial mushroom cultivation, compost pasteurization, vegetable storages. It has successfully replaced the previous generation of AK series controllers.
AKS controller is designed on the base of a new microprocessor generation with a high performance and large memory, which allowed us greatly to expand the number of inputs and outputs, realize more sophisticated control algorithms and increase the device archive.
The main advantage of AKS controller is a color graphic TFT display with a high resolution.Thanks to its sizes, it can display simultaneously a large number of parameters compared with monochrome indicator. There is a realized possibility of displaying data in the form of tables, graphs, and mimic panels. AKS controller is supplied with the plastic shield including various functional units and switching devices.
The main feature of these controllers is - work in phases, with its own set parameters and modes, ranges and duration of control actuators, as wwell as the the priorities of temperature control, relative to humidity or CO2 level. 
AKS controller comes complete with temperature sensors of air, compost/substrate, finished product, as well as with relative humidity sensors.
The given controller can also be equipped with additional blocks and functions, such as a temperature and humidity sensor of outside air, CO2 sensor, CO2 control panel board, pressure controller in the growing room, temperature heating controller of fresh air dampers, etc.
For equipment protection and switching, our company produces all kinds of electrical panel boards, which control air conditioning, steam generators, supply and exhaust fans, heating units, chillers, pumping stations, etc.
With the help of our TechnologSoft software you can remotely control all process parameters and manage all the actuators away from the computer keyboard and view the results of measurements in the form of tables, graphs, mimic panels, control buttons. Such a system can significantly reduce the time spent on routine tasks and improve efficiency of production.
At the customer's request, together with our automatics we can supply equipment from other manufacturers: air conditioners, air supply and exhaust fans, chillers, heat exchangers, frequency converters.
PJSC "TERA" constantly improves its products and innovates new devices and sensors.
A new line of portable temperature and humidity ITP-5 meters has been already launched in the production. ITP-5 will replace the previous series of portable ITP-3 meters. A new meter has a color TFT display, better than in ITP-3 precision characteristics, resolution, more long-term stability, and comes with a charger.
The handheld carbon dioxide ITP-4 meter is produced by our company since 2011, but has already become one of the most popular instruments of our customers among mushroom growers. Color TFT display, comfortable enclosure, high accuracy, relatively low price distinguish this product from the foreign counterparts.
Also, the wireless system climate control on ZigBee technology is developed and is preparing for trial operation in one of the Ukrainian growing farm.
