Single and Multi-Channel On-Off Controllers
It measures and regulates various physical parameters such as temperature, pressure, current, voltage, etc. Single-, dual-, quad- and octa-channel models are available.
Function:
- Allows to measure different physical parameters (temperature, pressure, etc)
- 2-/3-point control
- 3-point control of one or two outputs (dual- and quad-channel models)
- Different types of inputs:
- UN (all types of RTD and thermocouple temperature probes)
- АТ (analogue current 0-20 mА, 4-20 mА, 0-5 mА), AN (analogue voltage 0-10 V, 2-10 V)
- Calculation the difference (at dual-channel models), the square root, scaling
- Sensor error compensation, filtering the interference and instability of indications
- Accuracy 0,2 to 0,5 depending on output type and model's housing
- Response time from 0,2 sec per a channel
- Access to controller configurations by password
- Normal and inverse hysteresis, setting output polarity, Cooler and Heater modes
- Different types of key outputs:
- EZ (electromagnetic relay 2А 220 V АС/ 2А 30 V DC)
- OS (optosymistor 220 V 50 mА АС)
- IV (voltage 12 V 20 mА DC, except D housing)
- IV (voltage 24 V 200 mА DC, only D housing)
- OK (open collector 40V 30 mА DC)
- Optionally RS output (RS485 output, no galvanic isolation, T-bus exchange protocol)
- Optionally additional EZ output (2A 220 V AC/DC electronic relay) for alarm (IV output 24 V 200 mA DC in D housing)
- Models in A (48х48х91 mm), B (96х96х28 mm), C1 (96х96х75 mm), E (96x96x91 mm) and D (96х96х50 mm) housing
- Power supply 90-242 V АС (octa-channel controller in D housing needs additional external 24 V DC 2A power supply)
