PJSC TERA has released a new wireless sensor for measuring temperature by ZigBee radio signal (2.4 GHz). The signal is sent to the remote PC or recording device using a coordinator.
As PJSC TERA is a manufacturer of a wide range of sensors, we can supply any design of wireless sensors depending on their application. Sensor's battery life is 6 years.
The sensor presented on the picture below is applied for measuring mushroom compost temperature in pasteurization tunnels. This model has a handle with a mobile threaded connection. The immersion part of the sensor is made of the stainless steel tube of 20x2 mm diameter and up to 3 meter length. Transmission distance from the sensor to the coordinator is about 300 meters in the open countryside and about 20 meters inside the buildings.
