Multizone Temperature Probe

Multizone temperature probes are designed to measure temperature gradient inside of an object at different depths of immersion. In addition to the models listed above, transducers can be designed according to customer's schematics or based on analogue models with various sensors (RTD, thermocouple, DS18B20, etc). It has various options of process connection, such as a hex fitting with certain thread, standard flange, clutch, etc. A transducer can have a load and a magnet to stretch the transducer while immersion.
1-30 model is a multizone thermocouple that is designed to measure temperature of petroleum products in reactors or catalytic converters at oil refineries. The sensors are placed at different levels. They're made of thermocouple MI cable and spring-loaded inside of directing pipes to ensure firm contact with the sheath. This multizone thermocouple can be supplied with a thermowell according to customer's drawings.
1-30n model is a multizone temperature probe that is designed to measure temperature of liquid in tanks at different depths. The output cable of the sensor has teflon insulation. It's chemically inert to most of liquid types. Pt100, Pt1000 or type K is used as a sensors.
1-3ft model is a multizone temperature probe that is designed to measure temperature of liquid in tanks of petroleum products at different depths. The sheath is made of special intrinsically safe plastic. It's chemically inert to petroleum products. The sensors are placed inside of the sheath at different depths. DS18B20 is used as a sensors. This probe has Exia explosion proof classification.
