Explosion-Proof Temperature Probes

Explosion proof temperature probes are designed to measure temperature of liquid and gas-like explosive environments, and temperature of solid items, that are stay in a explosive zone. 1-43, 1-44, 2-46, 2-48, 2-48а, 2-48m models have Exd explosion proof type (explosion proof design). 1-43, 1-44 series have AX aluminium industrial head, 2-46, 2-48 series - AIX. Each model consists an explosion proof cable gland to ensure Exd level of explosion protection.

1-43 and 1-43p models have a free hex fitting, 1-43n model has a welded hex fitting, which is welded to the sheath. 1-43p model has a spring-loaded free hex fitting to ensure tight compression of probe's sheath to the measuring surface. 1-43v model has a flange.

2-48, 2-48а and 2-48m models consist a MI cable. That's why it may be bent in any direction and have length of the immersion part up to 20 meters. 2-48, 2-48а and 2-48m models are mounted to the measuring surface using a screw (2-48) and a clamp (2-48а, 2-48m).
