High temperature probes 1-20 and 1-21 are made of C610 ceramic and a grounded thermocouple type K cable, 1-22 - C799 ceramic and a grounded thermocouple wire of platinum alloys. Models of 1-23 and 1-24 series have the dual sheath, that consists an outer sheath and an inner sensor made of an MI cable or a grounded wire with ceramic insulation. Such design allows to use the thermocouple in the toughest industrial conditions.

1-23 and 1-23m models have a free stainless hex fitting, and 1-23n1-23l1-23p models have a welded at one. 1-29 model (type T) is made of the MI cable of Nicrobel alloy, that allows to prolong thermocouple lifetime comparing to RTD probes, that are made by traditional technologies using ceramic and thermocouple wires.

Also 1-29 model can be made of thermocouple wire of platinum alloys to measure extreme temperature up to 1600°С. 1-29k model has dual ceramic sheath to protect the sensor from thermal impact, which can destroy the ceramic sheath. The outer sheath is made of C530 gas-permeable ceramic, and the inner one is made of C799 gas-proof ceramic.

1-261-26а1-27 and 1-28 models consist MI cables with an ungrounded junction and elements to connect. The obvious advantages are low thermal inertia, flexibility and almost unlimited length (up to 20 meters), but its lifetime is lesser than thermocouple probes with a dual sheath. It may be bent in any direction.

1-23p1-23d1-23k models are designed to measure temperature inside of gas-turbine and steam-turbine systems in thermal power system facilities.

NOTE! 1-29 and 1-29k models are not high temperature proof along the whole immersion part. That's why only the part covered in ceramic must stay in high temperature zone. Temperature near the industrial head must not exceed 250°С, near the connector - 200°С, the spot of transition between steel 321 and ceramic - 800°С. It's recommended to order the 4-20 mA or RS485 transducer in Z type enclosure and place it where room temperature doesn't exceed 60°С. All thermocouple high temperature probes have limited time of exploitation, which is directly depends on exploition conditions and the type of ambient gas. Besides of process temperature it's necessary to know the type of ambient gas.

NOTE! If there is a need to calibrate / verify a probe in the calibration laboratory, please, mention it in the order application. This service is paid.
